General Policies
- Minimums
- Hat and garment quantities cannot be mixed to meet pricing levels.
- Sportswear & Outerwear - Minimum total order is 24 pieces
per graphic -- 6 pieces per style & color. You may combine any
sportswear or outerwear to reach a lower price level.
- Headwear - Minimum total order is 24 pieces per graphic -- 12
pieces per style & color. You may combine any headwear to reach a
lower price level.
- Set-up Art Charges & Digitizing
- If you order 48 pieces of the same design - no charge for set-up or
digitizing for the first 8,000 stitches for sportswear and outerwear,
5,000 stitches for headwear. If you order less than 48 pieces of the
same design, or for additional designs, we charge $15 per thousand
stitches to digitize, with a $50 minimum per design. For designs over
the stitches included in the price, the cost is $15 per thousand
stitches to digitize.
- Diskette Credit
- We will credit your account $50 for the first time use of your
digitized embroidery diskette.
- Embroidery Stitch Count Charges
- Up to 8,000 stitches included in price.
8,001 to 12,000 stitches add $1.00 per item.
12,001 to 16,000 stitches add $2.00 per item.
Over 16,000 stitches add $.20 per thousand stitches.
- Thread Color Changes
- There is no charge for a thread color change in the same graphic.
Minimum 12 pieces per thread color combination.
- Second Embroidery Location
- Second embroidery location will incur a $3.50 up-charge per
garment with a maximum of 6,000 stitches and $.20 per thousand stitches
above that.
- Screen Printing
- By quote only. Call us at 919-848-4327 or use our feedback form.
- Blank Pricing
- Blank garments are available at $3.00 off of the 24 piece price.
Blank hats are available at $2.00 off of the 24 piece price. Minimum
order for blanks is 24 pieces per style and color.
- Shipping
- FOB North Carolina unless otherwise stated. Shipping is via UPS
unless we are instructed otherwise. Shipping charges will be pre-paid
and added to your invoice.
- Terms
- Standard terms are net 15-days with approved credit. We accept
Visa and Master Card.
- Returns & Claims
- Shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days
of receipt of goods. Please contact Logoport for a Return Authorization
number before returning any items. We cannot accept returns without
an authorization.
- Cancellations & Refusals
- Custom embroidered orders are not subject to cancellation once
into production.
- Past Due Accounts
- A monthly service charge of 1 1/2% will be added to all past due
accounts.
- US Shipping Only
- We ship to accounts in the United States only!
Sample Policy
- Blank Samples
- All blank samples are processed at the 24 piece price, less 20%.
There is a $3.00 charge per item for shipping samples. Maximum samples
per request is 6 pieces.
- For customers that have established 15-day terms
- We will invoice you for your samples when they are shipped.
- For credit card customers
- We will charge your credit card when samples are shipped.
Security & Privacy
The safest method of transmitting your credit card information is
through our secured web pages. We strongly recommend this method versus
the use of a fax or phone. Every section of our web site that requires
credit card data is encrypted and secured for your protection and privacy.
Logoport uses 128 bit encryption to protect your personal information. We
do not store any of your personal information in an unsecured or internet
visible data source.
Regarding your privacy - we keep your information private - period. We
do not sell or share any names or any email addresses of any of our
customers to anyone for any reason!
